Dr. Placik did an amazing job at reshaping my breast. My scars are also almost nonexistent. He was meticulous with the sizing and was honest about what could actually fit and what my different options were unlike other surgeons I had consults with. Gave me many different options and was patient with me as we fleshed out what the best one for ME would be. That was very important for me as a patient. His practice is a bit pricier than other surgeons in my area, however, you get what you pay for. My only regret is not having the procedure sooner. Very satisfied with Dr. Placik and his team.

Dr. Placek is a super great doctor, overall I am very satisfied with my results! & his asst. Mireya was very sweet and thorough and very patient and kind with me explaining everything in detail to make sure I clearly understood everything! What a complete difference I feel the second time around about my breast and the procedure !!! Thank you guys! Everyday, I'm still healing a lil sore in bed depending the way I lay but overall I'm happy with with way they look and feel, and it's a beautiful thing when you don't have to wear a bra!!!
Dr Placik and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't anxious st all because they are all so competent and knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly. . Dr Placik and the whole staff are highly experienced and also very welcoming I feel they are like family. My childre. say I look 20 years younger after my facelift, brepharoplasty, and fat transfer. I am very happy with the result and Dr Placik is amazing!
I'm so much more confident and comfortable in almost all clothing , whereas before I would wear spanx and avoid certain clothing altogether. I actually wore a bikini for the first time in 10 years! Without the surgery I would have never done that. The outcome was exactly as I had anticipated with great staff.

Dr. Placik received his medical degree from Northwestern University where he also completed residencies in General, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed a fellowship in the aesthetic reconstruction of complex nasal and facial deformities at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago and an additional fellowship in microvascular and hand surgery at Davies Medical Center, an affiliate of the University of California, San Francisco.
Aside from his plastic surgery practice, Dr. Placik actively participates in the reconstruction of complex pediatric deformities at the Shriner's Hospital for crippled children in Chicago. Dr. Placik is certified as a diplomate by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
