I was a little late and the administrative staff was nice and quick about checking me in. I enjoyed a bit of time in the soft-lit waiting room with an entertaining and fast-paced cooking show playing. Once I made it into my checkup, proceedings were well explained and friendly. The nurse was kind in answering a few questions. Then the doctor had a soothing pace and gentle way of explaining what she was about to do beforehand and then proceeding with permission every step of the way. It was unexpectedly refreshing bedside manner compared to previous Ob/Gyn experiences. Very organized staff and very nice medical team.
Dr. Machado is amazing, very caring, comforting, and thorough with explaining everything and making sure concerns and questions are answered. Love her!
