The staff was very helpful, but I was anxious about the procedure and had to wait which made me more anxious. Thank goodness the ultrasound technician, Debbie, was super supportive and very calming.

Dr. Vargas answered all of my questions. I would have loved a recap email or notes of everything covered in my first OB appt. My husband and I were not expecting all of the info we received, didn't think in the moment to take notes, and felt a little lost with next steps and what to expect at future appointments after. We did get a pamphlet about testing but unfortunately it was in Spanish. A "cheat sheet" of timing for testing, how often you get ultrasounds, etc would be so helpful for first time parents.
I was highly satisfied with Dr. Vargas. She took the time to explain what is going on with my body and what my best options are. She was friendly professional and honest. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt that she really cared about my situation and offered treatments options so I can have a better of quality of life. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all the questions/concerns I had.
