Practice is well run, the nurses are great and Dr. Nguyen is wonderful.
Dr Nguyen is caring, gentle, knowledgeable and professional. Her nurse called me from the waiting room after a very brief wait, and she was also kind and professional. Front desk staff at check-in and checkout were also polite and professional. A positive experience from start to finish. Dr Nguyen has been my doctor for several years and is also my daughter's doctor, having cared for her during two pregnancies. I appreciate her calmness and trust her expertise. As this was my final visit due to age and insurance guidelines, I was reassured that if any concerns arise, I will not hesitate to contact the office and make an appointment if necessary. My daughter and I are in good hands.
She was so pleasant to me. I immediately felt relaxed. She was very professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. She understood about Fragile-X Syndrome which is something I usually have to explain to doctors. She made the experience so comfortable and was kind and understanding. Most of all she was thorough. She made some recommendations for me and I liked that she thought about other tests that could help me.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. Loved it.
