I always feel like the most important patient at Prime OBGYN. From walking in and being greeted by the receptionist to everyone remembering my name… it's a wonderful feeling. Dr. Mervis will always be a part of our family's story. He and Dr. Bartfield provided such great care for our first son nine years ago, that we referred both my sisters to the practice. They have delivered all our babies and we will continue to be patients there.

Greeted when you step off the elevator. No personal information discussed in waiting room. Private area with closed door available for securing vitals and health information. Dr. Bartfield comes in and speaks with you before any exam. Asks if you have any questions or concerns you’d like to address. Exam is professional and thorough. Assistant is present during all exams. Any and all findings during exam are discussed privately. Overall, excellent experience within the entire practice. Dr. Bartfield is a quintessential professional, extremely knowledgeable and an excellent resource for any and all health issues. He treats the entire person, in addition to his specific area of expertise. I have been a patient of Dr. Bartfield for over 20 years and drive over 140 miles round trip for my appointments. He’s that good.

The entire team—from the front office staff to the nurses and doctors—is wonderfully kind and welcoming. Dr. Bartfield genuinely takes his time with patients, listens attentively, and is extremely knowledgeable.
Dr. Mervis is very knowledgeable and his office team is always courteous and on time.
