Dr. Flyke is caring made me feel at ease. He is a gem!

Dr. Brimmage took the time to read my chart and know my history without me having to repeat all that has happened. He also spent the visit listening to my issues and reassuring me that my concerns are valid and he has tools to try to help. I did not feel dismissed, and fi ally felt cared for.

Marta, the front desk check in lady was very friendly, warm & welcoming, professional and polite. I seen her speaking & interacting with all the patients. She even came in the waiting area to see a patients baby that had just been born. Only days old. You could tell she had interacted with this patient throughout her pregnancy & built a rapport. She oooed & aahhhhed over the infant, along with everyone else in the waiting area. These are the type things that put you at ease with a doctors office & let you know the staff truly cares about their patients well being. She was under no obligation to have this sort of interaction, but she went out of her way to acknowledge this patient's newborn. As a postpartum mother (know from experience), you have no idea how much that means. To be treated as a person, and not jus a patient or a number. Dr. Brian Brimmage! OH! I could write a novel about this man. He has been my ob/gyn provider for over 10 years. I've moved several times, but will travel far and wide to see him. He delivered my daughter 8 years ago & still has the newborn picture I sent him on the corkboard in his office! I had a fast delivery, no time for an epidural. He was so calm and collected when I was in a state of sheer hysteria. To this day, whenever my mother talks about my labor she refers to him as "Dr. Cool". And says "That man could talk a jumper off a bridge". The level at which he operates is so comprehensive, and compassionate. Quite frankly, it is unparalleled. He listens to all your concerns, even the tiniest, and immediately addresses them and takes them seriously. His bedside manner is top tier. His kindness is very calm and comforting, and immediately puts you at ease. He is very patient, and attentive. Every interaction I've had with him shows that he truly cares about the patients experience, not just the medical issue. His nurse, Amber, was very sweet, cordial, and kind. Which, makes the whole experience much more pleasant. She stood beside me during the exam, instead of looking at my private area, which I appreciated. Annual exams are already very exposing, so that was very thoughtful of her to be able to recognize and identify that this makes patients more comfortable. From the very beginning w/ the check in lady, to the nurse, to the doctor- it was smiles all around. Not just a bunch of people ready to get off work trying to rush you out the door. Highly satisfied. As always, a return customer!

Dr. Segal expressed genuine interest in my concerns and he explained every step during the examination. He made me feel very comfortable and heard. I felt like a patient versus a chart number.
