He attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate studies prior to attending medical school in his home state at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He returned to the Tar Heel state to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. *Dr. Flyke is Board Eligible with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has a special interest in Vaginal Birth after Cesarean (VBAC) as well as minimally invasive / robotic gynecologic surgery. Outside of work he enjoys sports, traveling with his wife, Maddie, and lounging with their large Great Pyrenees, Sadie, and their fluffy cat, Stella.
