The speed of the process was amazing. All of my questions were answered.
Dr. McClain is so kind and explains things in a manner that doesn't cause confusion. I left the appointment feeling like she cares about the outcome and my health.
Pleasant office staff, got in quickly to be seen by physician.
The provider was/is pretty clear and I feel she listened to me and put me first. However, it was my first appointment. I did not like that my samples were not labeled leaving the room. I did have a great visit. Awaiting to discuss next steps about my labs.

When Dr Krantz retired I was washed if I would be interested in seeing Dr McClain. She is approachable, easy to talk to and listens. I feel very comfortable in her care

She grew up in Oklahoma and completed all of her education there before moving to Columbus for residency. She trained at Doctors Hospital and Grant Medical Center and enjoyed Ohio so much that she decided to stay and continue practicing in Columbus. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy exploring local restaurants, playing board games and anything outdoors.
