I believe health education and promotion efforts are essential to health care. I appreciate people’s’ life experiences and knowledge, and welcome collaborative decision making between myself and my patients to help them feel empowered and achieve their health care goals. I’m especially passionate about providing reproductive, sexual, and preventative health care that is safe and accessible to teens, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. On a personal note, my wife is a musician and we have two school-aged kids, a pandemic puppy, and a cat. I was born and raised in New York, but have called Minneapolis home for 22 years now. I love to travel, hike, and explore outside as much as possible, especially if I’m doing it with my family. I also love to hear live music of all kinds, garden, and spend time with friends.
