I am excited to be part of the Oakdale ObGyn team and continue my practice as a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner and a certified nurse midwife. I offer a wide range of wellness, sexual, and reproductive health services, including:

• Annual exams and well-person care
• Gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy
• Birth control and preconception consults
• Pap smears and STI testing
• Prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Diagnostic testing and treatment

I truly enjoy partnering with patients to provide individualized health care that is compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based. I believe health education and promotion efforts are essential to health care. I appreciate people’s’ life experiences and knowledge, and welcome collaborative decision making between myself and my patients to help them feel empowered and achieve their health care goals.

I’m especially passionate about providing reproductive, sexual, and preventative health care that is safe and accessible to teens, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

On a personal note, my wife is a musician and we have two school-aged kids, a pandemic puppy, and a cat. I was born and raised in New York, but have called Minneapolis home for 22 years now. I love to travel, hike, and explore outside as much as possible, especially if I’m doing it with my family. I also love to hear live music of all kinds, garden, and spend time with friends.
