Everyone I interacted with was both kind and knowledgeable. I felt welcome and well cared for.
The provider was pleasant and very thorough with her questioning. She helped me get to the bottom of the problem, which turned out to be a different diagnosis from a former doctor. She was very concerned and asked me targeted questions and then followed up with an exam to verify what she thought might be the issue. She also set me up to see a urogynecologist for ongoing bladder pain. I was very relieved to finally get some answers.

Check in was quick and easy, the wait to be seen was short and Dr. Kaplon was amazing! I felt seen and heard.
The provider, Dr. Kaplon, made me feel heard and created an environment in which I knew my concerns wouldn't be dismissed, as they have been so many times by other providers. I also appreciated the timeliness of the staff, as my appointment started at the scheduled time, and didn't include long wait times between nurse, doctor and blood test.
