Dr. Highland was very laid back and listened to me. He didn't try to convince me to make any choices I wasn't interested in (genetic testing, MFM, etc.). He also gave me the Rx for Protonix I needed without making me try a bunch of things I've already tried in previous pregnancies that I know don't help.
I was scared to death , he told me what he was doing and allowed to me to talk to him until he was done. Also, he answered all questions I had.
