It is my goal to provide high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care that is tailored to each individual’s needs. I strive to help my patients make informed decisions about their care while promoting a holistic and nurturing approach. I believe in shared decision making and fostering empowerment in your health journey.

My journey in women’s health began with foundational experience as a labor and delivery, postpartum, and NICU nurse. These years were formative, giving me a deep appreciation for the strength, vulnerability, and resilience of women and families during some of life’s most pivotal moments. Over time, I felt a growing call to midwifery — a desire to support women more holistically and across the full spectrum of their reproductive and gynecologic health.

I began practicing as a certified nurse-midwife in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I had the privilege of walking alongside women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I am now grateful to be continuing my practice here at Oakdale OBGYN, where I am committed to offering compassionate, individualized care in a safe and supportive environment.

To be a midwife means to be “with women” — a role I embrace with humility, joy, and dedication. From prenatal care and birth support to family planning and midlife health, I am honored to walk alongside women and their families through every stage of life.

A proud Minnesota native, I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and my Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery from Bethel University.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and loved ones — including my two pups. I’m an avid reader and love to travel, hike, and soak in the beauty of the outdoors whenever I can.
