I've been seeing Dr. Cortes for years and I love her.
Experience with the staff was pleasant. Exam room waiting time for the physician was a bit too long (30+ minutes).
Dr Cortez has been my daughter's doctor for over 2 years now. She started seeing her when she had very low iron due to heavy periods at age 13. Dr Cortez has always made my daughter and I feel comfortable and safe and heard. She is an amazing physician and has built a trust with my daughter. She has answered and explained every question we had with patience and friendliness.
I like the "bedside manner" of Dr. Cortes...her candor, advice and care for the female body since she too is a female.

Great experience. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I was in & out within an hour (for both of my exams). That's major considering I've had to wait for great lengths previously or reschedule from failure of being seen.
Provider and staff were welcoming and all questions were answered.
