We are a psychiatric practice treating patients in New Jersey, California, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington at this time through telehealth visits. We are comprised of psychiatrists, psychiatric physician assistants, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.

We are committed to providing accessible, low cost, and high quality mental health care with an emphasis on maximizing lifestyle changes and prescribing medications at the lowest effective dose. We use HIPPA compliant Zoom for visits.

We participate with insurance plans and offer self-pay options as well. We currently accept Aetna, Bluecross Blueshield, Cigna, Magellan, Optum among other plans.
