The office was friendly, efficient and very helpful
The staff are very friendly and service oriented. Now if Valley ENT would fix the Patient Portal so that one can actually USE it, especially a new patient, then you might have gotten a 5 from me. Has anyone in the office ever registered as a new patient and tried to enter any really significant information? Like uploading a list of medications and a list of surgeries. Or even have a slightly, just a tiny bit more, of a selection of answers to the few questions you can actually get to. And yes, I called the office asking to speak to someone who 'knew' the portal system, but they had left for the day. I was promised a call back, which I did receive (Ashley, I think) a couple days later, who also discovered that the portal didn't work very well.

Dr. Kelsch is a board certified Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon specializing in chronic sinusitis, salivary gland disease, vocal cord disorders, sleep apnea, thyroid surgery as well as head and neck cancer.
After graduating from New York Medical College with honors, he trained in Seattle, Washington with pioneering otolaryngolostists at University of Washington and Madigan Army Medical Center.
He is published in peer reviewed journals and has held clinical teaching appointments. Dr. Kelsch is a native of Arizona and prides himself on being available to his patients and community.
