Staff was great, Dr. Kelsch was great. The exam was comprehensive and did not feel rushed. He explained the endoscope exam of the nose and throat very well and I was able to see the video myself and even film it with my phone for later reference. Dr. Kelsch ordered imaging and therapy that helped me feel optimistic about a positive treatment outcome. I do have questions about the Rx, or PPIs in general though, especially the potential side effects and the way it's designed to change the digestive microbiome. The reflux literature provided by the practice was helpful and I have implemented a few of the suggestions. In a future visit I also need to elaborate on an occasional ear issue that I have which temporarily affects my sinuses and speech. I now feel confident that Dr. Kelsch's expertise can help.

Dr. Kelsch and staff were very friendly and professional. The procedure to remove the built-up earwax was quick and easy. The audiologist was very good at what she did and explained the results very well.

I think the hearing test should take place after clearing the ears instead of before.

He had a thorough examination and quickly ordered test to find out the reason my ear and ear canal hurt. The diagnostics came back and I already had a follow up appointment scheduled. He put my mind to ease and prescribe me proper medication. The staff was friendly and efficient.
