Quick and easy, doctor friendly.
normal wait time with dr. co pay $50. referred to their hearing specialist on a different date. that was another appointment cost me another $50.00. no real resolution except to continue with Costco as a hearing specialist. The new ear buds that were given and checked were good advice to continue.
Everyone is friendly, timely and explains procedures/results well, allowing for follow up questions/explanations.

As I entered the office, everybody that I spoke to was very kind and attentive. Dr. Blume immediately made me feel at ease. He asked me many questions about my condition, and really seemed concerned. Not to mention his sense of humor which made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Blume is very professional and courteous. Explains everything thoroughly and does not leave the room until he is satisfied that his patient has all the information he needed. His staff also are very courteous and helpful.
