My medical concern was resolved quickly. Mary Hixon was very attentive to my needs. She showed care and concern for how I felt and resolved my issue before ending our call. Even asking me to follow up with her after taking my medication to let her know how I was feeling.
Scarlet is warm, patient, extremely knowledgeable and just excellent at her work. The office support staff are polite, friendly and timely.
Ashley is attentive to details in the moment and what things need to happen next. She is open minded in her approach and flexible with scheduling.

Scarlet Dial cares about her patient. She shows empathy, makes eye contact with you and listens to your health concerns with a genuine desire to help you. It's been 5 years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else.
I am amazed I am at the care I received in this office from the initial phone call requesting an appointment to check in, to care from Ashley, NP. I called the office despite for help with pelvic pain. Tara answered my call and understood my urgency and had me scheduled for the following day. Ashley, NP listened to me and was determined to find out why I’m having pain. She spent extra time with me and validated me when I needed it. I cried as for the first time in weeks of pain, someone was going to fight for me and help me. I left the office knowing I had the best provider possible in my corner! Ashley loves what she does and it clearly shows.
Dr. Lukes listens and helps reassure me that she will find and provide the best treatment solution. The positive reassurance in itself reduces the anxiety and fear I experience.
The care and concern she provides.
