I came in for a prescription refill but also to discuss what I was feeling might be perimenopause symptoms. Ashley took her time, listened to my concerns and gave me several options to help me moving forward. I always feel like she takes the time to hear me and understand me. I'm beyond grateful to have such a caring person helping me navigate my health. The reception and intake folks were great too. So happy to be a patient there.
I came to the office for a follow up appointment for one issue. When I arrived I mentioned that I recently had another issue that developed. I was immediately able to address this 2nd problem. Steps were taken so I could have this diagnosed when the doctor came in to meet with me. I appreciate the prompt attention to detail and willingness to not delay/postpone my new problem. Most doctors today will only address one concern at a time. Typically, this means the patient has to schedule an additional visit.

My medical concern was resolved quickly. Mary Hixon was very attentive to my needs. She showed care and concern for how I felt and resolved my issue before ending our call. Even asking me to follow up with her after taking my medication to let her know how I was feeling.
