This was my first time meeting with Dr. Karabastos. She arrived on time, listened to everything I had to say, asked follow-up questions to make sure that she understood my situation, and created a plan to move forward. I appreciate that she followed up with a phone call just a couple of hours after my ultrasound was done to explain what was going on and set me up for a new plan.
This was the first time I met her and liked her right away as she entered the examine room. She was very easy to talk to and answered all my concerns.

Dr. Karabatsos has been on the board of Physicians for Women's Health and Women's Health Connecticut since 2017, and has been on peer review at St. Francis hospital for several years. She is currently chair of MSQOC, an oversight committee that encompasses medicine, surgery, and women and infants.
Dr. Karabatsos' mission as a healthcare provider is to guide women through all stages of their lives so they can be their healthiest both mentally and physically, and to help each woman live to her unique potential. Her advice to patients is to always ask questions until you understand your health. "It's your journey, I am just here to help guide you!" says Dr. Karabatsos.
