Heather was warm and comforting at preparing me for the procedure and during the procedure. She is so friendly! Dr. Brooks explained what she was doing along the way and was thorough in her wrap up instructions and at my follow up appointment. She went over my results in detail to make sure I understood everything. She wasn't in a rush and took time with me.
