I-BRITE is a cosmetic procedure that makes your eyes whiter and brighter by removing a membrane around your eye. This membrane is where the discoloration is held and why you can see red veins, yellow or brown spots. Once the membrane is removed a new one will grow in its place allowing you to have the look you desire.
