I don't find the staff very welcoming. They are pleasant and cordial but its very obvious they are only like that because they have to be. I miss the staff that recognizes you and welcomes you back. That makes small talk. This team doesn't emit positive energy. Theu don't seem to enjoy their jobs. I enjoy the new office location but I think there is a lot of missed opportunity to decorate. Its literally black and white. None of the exam rooms have any pictures or art. Theres not even a si ngle fake plant. The old office had a board with all the birth announcements and that was so touching. The nurse cubicles added so much personality. This office has wasted potential.
Dr. Alka Arya is super sweet and easy to communicate with, honest and definitely listens to my needs. I highly recommend her.
Known the Doctor since 2004. Dr. Alka is very friendly and understanding.
Dr. Arya is so easy to speak with and be open about any issue. I'll be bringing my preteen daughter to her because I know she'll take great care and give her sound advice. Not to mention she is so friendly and makes you feel like a person not just a patient.
