Andrea was very kind, and took time to get to know me and listen to my concerns as a new OB patient. The clinical staff tested my urine quickly at the beginning of the appointment. They saw that I had white blood cells in my sample and were willing to examine me for a yeast infection. It felt like they genuinely cared for me as a person. Andrea was also a very good listener, answered all my questions and was very clear about next steps for my upcoming appointments. She reviewed my chart to ensure that she had all the information she needed and sent me to the lab that day to complete missing labs I did not receive at the former practice. The front desk and lab staff were also very kind and welcoming. The facility was clean, and still ran efficiently despite it being busy that day.
