Very helpful, positive experience; the team took great care for my needs and gave an educated explanation of the procedure. They were very warm, informative and professional.
I was extremely nervous because I hadnt been told the why behind the procedure, I knew I needed it for next steps in my care but I was never told which biopsy I was having. She calmed my concerns, educated me on some things. She was a bright light that day.
