The visit itself was great. The waiting prior to the visit was tough. We arrived on time and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Receptionist had very little information and was disinterested in helping us to get status updates. Dr. Whitehead was incredibly apologetic and empathetic to the anxiety that waiting for ultrasound results caused.
Even though I had to wait a bit for my appointment, it was worth the wait! Unlike some of my experiences with other doctors at my prenatal appointments, Dr. Whitehead took time to answer my questions and did not make the appointment feel rushed.
