I did not have a long wait time in the very pleasant waiting room. Office staff were polite and efficient. Dr. Valcarcel was delightful. She was engaging and polite made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and questions and took care of everything appropriately.
I had a very young Dr which at first I wasn't thrilled about. But she won me over at hello. I was impressed that she actually asked me hard things and genuinely seemed to listen. Would highly recommend her for her professionalism and warmth.
