Dr. Wiggins is the best gynecologist I have ever seen in 20+ years of visits. She is so caring, attentive, and gentle. I got nitrous oxide for my internal exam for the first time and I cried after because of how easy it was compared to years of pain and trauma. Dr. Wiggins and her PA took great care of me. I took a while to come off down from the high and they let me stay in the room as long as I needed without feeling rushed (I have high anxiety, so this is very unusual for me) and got me snacks that I could eat despite multiple food allergies. I cannot praise her enough! Truly a life-changing experience. I wish all doctors were like her.
Brianna was wonderful, she is very outgoing and friendly which made my experience more comfortable and easy! I was able to ask all my questions and felt like she actually cared and treated me with kindness that most providers don't do or take the time to truly make sure their patient is satisfied and Brianna did that and much more! So thank you!

During her short career as an athletic trainer in the Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Carroll County areas, she decided to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. Bri graduated from the Towson University - CCBC Essex Physician Assistant Program in 2022. During PA school, she developed a passion for working in women's health during many different clinical rotations. She joined Capital Women's Care shortly after graduation to assist with providing exceptional care. Bri currently resides in Maryland with her family.
