Brittany was amazing, answered all my questions. Took her time to listen to me, and did not rush. She was very personable and relatable and did not seem too distant as a "professional doctor", which i really appreciated. The student who did the papsmear was also really good and made sure i felt comfortable since this was my first papsmear. They listened to my concerns about pain when I pee and did testing to see if it was a uti or other possible things, so I just felt really well taken care of at this visit.
The staff was fast, efficient, and kind and professional. Brittany Hawkes was amazing, kind, and gentle and patient with me and my mom.
Brittany is a provider that I know i can trust. I have seen a few different OBs and have usually felt uncomfortable or like my voice wasn't heard. I never feel that way when I come in and know that I am seeing someone who genuinely cares. Ive only seen Brittany a few times but I truly feel comfortable with her, and even though I now live in Vero Beach, I go out of my way just to see her.
I love my AP Student nurse; she was great. Repond to all my questions. My mammogram nurse was fantastic and she explained to me all about the procedure.
