The wait to see Dr. Fogelson was minimal, so appointments were right on time. The nurse and techs were kind and knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure to talk with Dr. Fogelson. He is very personable and interested in his patients and strives to meet their needs.
Dr. Candel and the nurses and care staff at this location were kind and highly professional. Dr. Candel was willing to listen to my concerns and allowed me to give input into what I might need.
It was awesome! Staff was so sweet and kind the sonogram tech was amazing and got the perfect pictures of my baby the OB I seen was so kind and explained a lot of stuff that my old one never did my first pregnancy I loved my experience.

I was welcomed. They are very respectful of you when you arrive. Dr. Fogelson is friendly abd compassionate. He always makes you feel relaxed when he speaking to you. I have been with him for a long time. He is super.
I had to drive close to an hour bc there were not appts available in Towson which is 1 mile from my house - just wish I could have gone to Towson office. Dr Duke is the BEST! I love my visits she shares a ton of information!

The root of our practice was planted in 1984 when Dr. Zern and Dr. Facciolo started practicing OB-GYN together while on faculty at University of Maryland Medical Center. In August 1985, the private practice was established in Towson, based largely at St. Joseph Medical Center. In 1989, Dr. Buescher joined our group – a talent we met while at University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Tracy Duke joined the practice in 1997, after completing her residency at University of Maryland Medical Center. Thereafter, the practice became known as Charm City OB-GYN. In 2007, Dr. Michael Giudice, brave male soul, joined us and has now assumed administrative leadership of the group. We were fortunate to enlist Dr. Larry Fogelson in 2013 after working with him closely at St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Meredith Nachbahr joined us in 2015, after completing her residency training at University of Maryland. Ms. Nancy Zelnik, our certified nurse midwife works primarily from our BelAir location providing office service for OB and GYN patients since 2016. And, we are most pleased to welcome Dr. Eshan Sapra in July, 2018 to join our group. We have worked with him at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center and know he is a great addition.
