Dr. Fogelson is just the best. He is respectful and kind. He always asks questions about me, my family, how I am feeling. He listens well and addresses all concerns. I always feel well cared for.
The staff was friendly but the wait was quite long (over 30 mins past my scheduled appt time). Once I got put in the exam room the wait was reasonable Dr Fogelson delivered my second baby (I was very sad to hear Dr Gudice wasn’t delivering babies anymore, as he delivered my first and at the time was my regular GYN). But Dr Fogelson has such a fun but calm energy about him so I was glad to have him deliver by second, and I’m happy to be seeing him for my annuals now
From the beginning of the process to the end…every staff member is very professional, customer friendly and very warm. I am always so nervous and shy until I reach the office. My doctor is an Earth Angel and I recommended six of my friends to him.
Dr. Giudice is wonderful. He is very caring and really listens to what you say.
This was my first time with this doctor as the other two I have seen in the past have retired. I usually prefer female. This visit experience exceeded my expectations. I did not feel rushed. I felt listened to, and I felt that the doctor still had real time practice skills, unlike many now who seem to totally rely on AI and respond in the AI cookie cutter way. I felt like I saw a real doctor. Thank you.

In 1989, Dr. Buescher joined our group – a talent we met while at University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Tracy Duke joined the practice in 1997, after completing her residency at University of Maryland Medical Center. Thereafter, the practice became known as Charm City OB-GYN. In 2007, Dr. Michael Giudice, brave male soul, joined us and has now assumed administrative leadership of the group. We were fortunate to enlist Dr. Larry Fogelson in 2013 after working with him closely at St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Meredith Nachbahr joined us in 2015, after completing her residency training at University of Maryland. Ms. Nancy Zelnik, our certified nurse midwife works primarily from our BelAir location providing office service for OB and GYN patients since 2016. And, we are most pleased to welcome Dr. Eshan Sapra in July, 2018 to join our group. We have worked with him at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center and know he is a great addition.
