Dr. Carter was fantastic! Very professional but also sensitive - she explained the procedure pre and post and my recovery is very smooth! Couldn't have asked for better. The entire team of nurses as well that followed me were great and helped me keep up a good vibe on a big day. Thank you all! Up to the next milestone.
Waiting to hear from the nurses/team for next steps.
There is no ASL interpreter provided through the telehealth from the office. I had to call through video relay service outside your office. I was surprised that there's no ASL interpreter provided for our telehealth appointment. 3 years ago, there's ASL interpreter provided during our telehealth appointment. The scheduler and manager are not familiar with ASL interpreter. I'm very disappointed.

Dr. Owen is truly the best physician I have encountered in my 36 years. Navigating the IVF process can be incredibly overwhelming, but she has a way of making you feel completely safe and heard throughout the entire journey. She is exceptional at explaining complex details in a way that is easy to understand, and her sense of humor and relatability make every appointment so much better. Most importantly, she is clearly an expert who is great at what she does. I trust her fully and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Everyone I encountered the morning of my egg retrieval was extremely kind. I was very nervous and the nurses did their best to make me comfortable. Dr. Owen was warm and empathetic to my situation and validated my feelings (my retrieval resulted in zero eggs). She was thorough, took her time with me and explained possible next steps despite not being my current doctor. I greatly appreciated the care I was provided.
Dr. Owen did take time to listen and answer all my questions. She provided with the most detailed answers & information. I really appreciated that she was very attentive & positive. She came up with a plan of next step after evaluating my case. So by the end of the call I already knew what I need to provide next. Really, thank you very much!
Dr. Owen is incredible, the phlebotomist is incredible. The office is clean and modern.
