Love dr Wilkerson, she is so sweet and attentive and knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and makes you very comfortable. She gives great advice on what is best for your body and how to maintain it.
Dr Wilkerson is wonderful. In addition to being a great clinician she is very empathetic and easy to communicate with. I am so thankful she was on call and took such exceptional care of me during my labor and delivery.
I have been coming to Downtown Women's for years and honestly this appointment was a game changer. I appreciated how Dr. Wilkerson sat with me just the chat and hear about who I am and what's going on in my life. I felt really listened to and supported; truly cared about. I had the most embarrassing thing happen to me, that I didn't know about until Dr. Wilkerson started my exam but she was amazing, totally took it all in stride, helped me out and really normalized it all. Dr. Wilkerson grew up in Sacramento, CA. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Biology degree, then went on to earn her medical degree from UC San Diego. While studying there, she was awarded by the American Medical Women’s Association for being one of the top women academically in her class. Finally, she completed her OB/Gyn residency at Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles.
Dr. Wilkerson is excited to begin her career in New York and looks forward to caring for the women of this community.
