Excellent customer service upon arrival. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt like I'd been a patient at the practice for years from the moment I walked through the door. I wish my PCP office was that good. Also, Dr. VanderMeersch had a wonderful bedside manner. I cannot recommend this practice more. I actually already have recommended it to several friends. I felt heard and seen and listened to. A very holistic practice with a wonderful staff.

She completed her medical education at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Columbia and was elected to the AOA medical honor society. She then completed her residency training at Wake Forest.
She is committed to providing evidence based, as well as patient-centered care, empowering women to make informed decisions about their health. Her special interests include high risk obstetrics, vaginal surgery, treatment of pelvic floor disorders and incontinence, and minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic). She also enjoys routine patient care and strives to provide personalized care to women throughout all stages of their life.
In her free time, you can find her exploring local coffee shops, taking care of her chickens, walking/playing fetch with her precious Novia Scotia Duck Tolling Doodle Woodford, or spending time with her fiancé and her family.
