Fallow to find a solution explain and test Dr. Deserei is very attentive to solve the bottom of the problem and schedule fallow- up for test and result visit same date., I thank very much the care for her patients .

The entire staff was very pleasant and kind even amongst a very busy office. I also Appreciate all the time and thoroughness of Desiree with my visit. She took her time and answered all my question and looked up results in the past-and just generally took the time necessary for us to figure some hormonal issue out. Thank you very much for your kindness and taking the time to thoroughly investigate the hormonal issues I have been having. This was a bloodwork review after hormone therapy and a hysterectomy. We resolved a few things and suggestion were made with an ongoing "issue" that I felt you researched and offer options that I accepted. I never felt rushed and what was very important-is you KNEW me and saw me! I appreciated that!

Yes. I was anxious about some of the information on my HRT blood report and wondered if some symptoms I was worrying about were related to those. I had a list of questions and Desiree answered all of those, plus gave me extra information that was very helpful. I felt she was honest and thorough, and I was much calmer when I left.
At my age a pelvic exam is only needed to refill my RX. Desiree Welsch is wonderful, but the need for this visit, I feel, is a bit over exaggerated.

Before joining Women’s Medical Care, Desiree began her career 29 years ago focusing on labor and delivery. Since then, she has also worked in a variety of settings, including correctional facilities, schools, and outpatient gynecology clinics. Throughout her career, Desiree has had the opportunity to provide care to patients all across the United States as a travel nurse. Travel nursing gave her the opportunity to care for people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, strengthening her ability to provide culturally sensitive care. Desiree is deeply passionate about providing comprehensive women’s health care that is patient-centered.
Desiree‘s areas of interest include preventive healthcare, contraceptive counseling and management, hormone replacement therapy, sexually transmitted infections, menstrual concerns, vulvovaginal concerns, and obstetrical care.
Desiree strives to serve the women in her community by empowering them to make healthcare decisions individualized to their needs through shared decision making. Outside of her work at Women’s Medical Care, Desiree enjoys exploring all that the Prescott area has to offer, including hiking and camping. She also loves to travel and spend time with her family, including her dog, Rupert.
