Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions.
Dr. Fernandez is an excellent provider in Northern Arizona.
It is not the easiest thing in the world to get a new gynocologist after you find out your previous one has left and moved away, but I felt immediately comfortable with this new Dr. and she is very pleasant and helpful. She was just wonderful and I appreciate her. I hope she stays here a long time. She made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained the tests that we will be doing and why. She is very kind.

The entire staff was very pleasant and kind even amongst a very busy office. I also Appreciate all the time and thoroughness of Desiree with my visit. She took her time and answered all my question and looked up results in the past-and just generally took the time necessary for us to figure some hormonal issue out. Thank you very much for your kindness and taking the time to thoroughly investigate the hormonal issues I have been having. This was a bloodwork review after hormone therapy and a hysterectomy. We resolved a few things and suggestion were made with an ongoing "issue" that I felt you researched and offer options that I accepted. I never felt rushed and what was very important-is you KNEW me and saw me! I appreciated that!
Alexandria Sara is easy to talk to and she's efficient. In and out with a pap smear I didn't even realize she was done (in a good way).
