The nurses/ultrasound technician and midwife Dina were all extremely friendly and welcoming. This is our first pregnancy and so we felt nervous going into the first appointment and left feeling very relieved and supported. We felt the care very deeply by everyone. Dina was very attentive from the start and her warm and friendly personality made us feel comfortable asking questions and dealing with this new transition.

Every single person in this office from the office front desk staff, to Kim the sonographer, to Kathy the nurse to Dina the CNM was kind, personable, introduced themselves and explained what they were doing. This was a night and day difference in my interactions with the previous group I was with for my prior 2 pregnancies/deliveries. Even my husband who came with me noticed a positive difference in our experience this time around. It wasnt that my previous group did a horrible job, but this office it feels like everyone went above and beyond and actually enjoyed being at work. Dina was so thorough in her care and education that she answered some of my questions before I had a chance to ask them.
