I like Dr. Kumar's bedside manner - she is personable and relaxed while also being professional and focused. She took the time to get my history and listen to my concerns. She addressed my concerns and provided a treatment plan which makes sense and scheduled a virtual follow-up to see how it goes. I appreciated the virtual appointment as that takes less time out of my day. She also told me what she was going to do before each part of the physical examination. Finally, her communications both in person and explaining my test results in the portal were very clear.
