Kind and professional.
Before I arrived at your facility, I had a great phone conversation with Stephanie. She made me feel so comfortable that I walked into your facility with confidence. The facility itself is beautiful. While clean and professional, it felt like a special place. Dr. Canales was fantastic. His approach to a casual conversation leading up to the exam was appreciated. It was so nice to learn more about him. We chatted about our home rice test with him and what was important to us. I am 100% confident that Dr. Canales can handle this surgery with my best interests in mind. My husband agrees as well!

All went well, I was satisfied how it all went. Dr. Canalas was very nice and explained everything. I felt good after his appointment, it was the pamphlet that had me worried all the things that can go wrong. Kary was good too just for and older person she talked too fast, confusing.
The appointment went well. Nothing took place to make me feel highly satisfied.
I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room . Which made me think this is not the place I want to get surgery. Then I met the doctor and I changed my mind. He explained everything and made me comfortable

I expected a noticeable change and was disappointed with the outcome. I discussed this with Dr. C and he explained that he didn't want to leave my skin saggy. I would like to have had this discussion before the surgery so that I could have made the decision myself. Now I am considering thighplasty to get my desired results.

Dr. Canales has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and as Chief of Surgery at Warrack Hospital. He is a member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the elite American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
