Francisco Canales, MD

Dr. Francisco Canales is a board certified plastic surgeon in Santa Rosa. Dr. Canales was educated and trained at two of the most prestigious academic institutions in the country: Harvard College and Stanford University.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors at Harvard in 1978, he then completed his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1982. Dr. Canales was particularly interested in plastic surgery and elected to take on additional surgical training and received a Plastic Surgery Residency at Stanford University Hospital.

Dr. Canales has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and as Chief of Surgery at Warrack Hospital. He is a member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the elite American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
