Kind and professional.
Before I arrived at your facility, I had a great phone conversation with Stephanie. She made me feel so comfortable that I walked into your facility with confidence. The facility itself is beautiful. While clean and professional, it felt like a special place. Dr. Canales was fantastic. His approach to a casual conversation leading up to the exam was appreciated. It was so nice to learn more about him. We chatted about our home rice test with him and what was important to us. I am 100% confident that Dr. Canales can handle this surgery with my best interests in mind. My husband agrees as well!
The healing process has developed a slight complication. However, I AM highly satisfied with Dr. Furnas as she has assured me that if the complication does not resolve itself, she will fix it until we get the desired result. The complication has nothing to do with the work that was done; but more of a reaction of my body to the surgery.
Dr. Furnas is a caring doctor. She showed concern yet made you feel at ease. I trusted her and she did me right!

All went well, I was satisfied how it all went. Dr. Canalas was very nice and explained everything. I felt good after his appointment, it was the pamphlet that had me worried all the things that can go wrong. Kary was good too just for and older person she talked too fast, confusing.
Dr. Furnas and her staff were all very friendly and helpful. The surgery itself was almost painless and the recovery process went smooth. It is currently too soon to see my final results but I am already thrilled with the difference. All of my previous problems have gone away.
The appointment went well. Nothing took place to make me feel highly satisfied.
