The only complaint was waiting an extra 20 minutes or so to be seen.
Dr Georgiou was patient, we discussed various concerns (eg frequent UTIs) and she made some suggestions. She was also very responsive on the portal. She was very empathetic and engaging, taking the time to answer all my questions.
Dr. Georgiou was fantastic at the visit. Leading up to the visit we were disappointed with the handling of some complications I had. When it became clear that my pregnancy wasn't viable and there was concern about an ectopic pregnancy we would have appreciated being brought in for an ultrasound rather than delaying for 3 days and then telling me to go to the ER. When we did come for the appointment, the ultrasound technician was unaware that I had miscarried despite me calling on two occasions to notify the office.
Dr Georgiew is always thoughtful and patient during appointments. The front desk procedures used to be a pain point at times but that has been streamlined and I was able to check in and go straight to m appointment very quickly and smoothly. Dr Georgieu is always patient and offers measured, thoughtful advice. I always feel heard and never rushed.
