Dr. Sorensen is the best. He takes time to talk to patients, explain things and makes sure they understand. The ladies at the front office were another story. I made my appointment on-line and shortly after got a call requiring me to change to another doctor and they were very determined to do so and wouldn't listen. Dr. Sorensen has been my GYN for years. They told me he was no longer doing wellness exams. Needless to say, I was very angry and said that if I had to change my doctor, I would just go elsewhere closer to home because I used to live in Kissimmee when I started going to Dr. Sorensen but later moved to Marion County but I drive 1½ hours every year to continue seeing my doctor. Not interested in changing doctors. Doctor Sorensen is the best. He listens carefully and explains very well to ensure patient understands.
Doctor Sorensen is amazing, but the staff need to do better.
