Parking was easy. The guy who did my blood draw was very nice and competent (it didn’t hurt). The woman who did my ultrasound was very sweet & kind. It goes a long way when you’re going through IVF and stress levels can be high to have such nice interactions.

I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for the last two years I had it filled transfer the first time but the team never give up on me. They encourage me to do more test and at the end they changed my medication and treatment plan currently I am eight weeks pregnant. I can’t do this without the whole team support this survey because it is given to Jo who have been held my hand from the start till the end, she told me hang on there every time when we having ultrasound I remember before my transfer day she gave me a hug. She told me everything‘s gonna be OK, a lot of facility clinics out there they can say that they have the best lap best doctor best nurse, but the only thing that matter is the ones that look into your eyes and tell you we got this and everything‘s gonna be OK. the encourage makes me feel so loved and care. I can’t thank over like reproductive enough and especially I wanna thank the medical team for giving me the tremendous encouragement, love and care and to Jo thank you and you make me feel special.
