I was cranky and agitated but everyone was kind and receptive to me instead of writing me off. I've never felt so cared for by any Dr's practice in my life. Dr. Glass listened through my words and let me know they were there to help. As busy as they were, I did not feel at all rushed though. And when I got to Tenielle, the mamo tech, my experience went from great to down right wonderful. I dread mammograms, and again this was beyond better than any other ones I've ever had in my life. It was so very personal, she managed to make it pleasant. Great demeanor, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable.
