This was a routine annual check-up. There were no issues. However, each time I visit the practice, they are running behind. I am have yet to be seen at the appointment time. This visit, my appointment was at 9:20. I wasn't seen until 10:30-ish.
Dr. Glass is a wonderful person and physician. She looks at you, never judges or disagrees, but helps you to find the right solution for you. She is wonderful.
Dr. Glass and her entire team had me laughing from the moment I walked into the office until the moment I left. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Most importantly, they made me feel seen, heard, and treated like a human being, not just another patient. I truly appreciated the experience.
