Patient care
she made me feel calm during an extremely stressful situation.
Dr. Deen was wonderful - informative, warm, etc. My blood draw experiences have been poor at Comprehensive. The lab tech had to prick me 5 times on two occasions. She did not flick or press around to determine a vein, and had to call someone else in to do another prick. She said it’s my veins, but when I go to Quest, they get it on the first try. Also, I drink water before coming in to prevent these issues.
The MD was very to the point and was super friendly. She knew I was nervous and talked me through everything.
Dr. Deen is amazing! She delivered my first baby and hopefully my second!
