I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Petrocelli and his entire team. My experience with this practice has been truly exceptional! My experience began with my initial phone call to the office, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Judy and Tara at the front desk. I needed to discuss a personal and particularly nuanced health concern, and what immediately stood out to me was how willing they were to listen. They gave me the time and space to explain my circumstances, treated my concerns with genuine understanding, and ensured that the information was communicated to Dr. Petrocelli. That might seem like a small thing to some people, but it meant so much to me. When you are navigating something personal and vulnerable, having people who are willing to hear you out without making you feel uncomfortable makes all the difference. I was more than happy to wait a few weeks for an appointment and genuinely appreciated their willingness to coordinate a time that worked well for everyone. When I finally came in and met everyone in person, I immediately felt the same kindness I had experienced over the phone carry over into the office. Tatiana, Dr. Petrocelli's medical assistant, was incredibly sweet, supportive, and understanding. She helped put me at ease during a time when I needed a little extra patience and reassurance, and I truly appreciated the care she showed me. Meeting Dr. Petrocelli only reinforced my initial impression of the practice. His professionalism, patience, and bedside manner are truly outstanding. From the moment he entered the room, I could tell that he genuinely cared about understanding my situation. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, explained possible approaches, and discussed solutions appropriate to my needs. Throughout the entire process, he made a conscious effort to ensure that I felt comfortable, which ultimately mattered to me most. Something that may seem routine to one person can feel incredibly vulnerable to someone else. What stood out to me about Dr. Petrocelli is that he understands this distinction. He meets patients where they are, takes their concerns seriously, and recognizes that providing appropriate care sometimes requires a willingness to approach things differently for each individual. What I especially appreciated was his willingness to consider what would work best for me as an individual. I am incredibly grateful to have found a physician and medical team I feel comfortable returning to, and I look forward to continuing my care with them. Dr. Petrocelli is an outstanding physician, and Judy, Tara, and Tatiana deserve just as much recognition for the teamwork, compassion, and important role they each played in making my inital experience so positive. Dr. Petrocelli goes over my records, current medications and asks for any current symptoms. I feel confident and relaxed discussing any problems with him. He also provides suggestions for current issues.

The support staff is always very helpful and friendly. Dr. Petrocelli and Dr. Santandreau are excellent doctors - very nice, very professional and they take the time to explain things to me. I very highly recommend them and am glad that they are managing my healthcare!

Very thorough, very personable, easy to speak with.

Care by dr for my well-being. Listened to me and answered any questions I had. Dr Petrocelli spent enough time with me to explain the outcome of the exam and showed genuine care about my concerns.

Not a long wait time, friendly staff, and the doctors are great. Dr. Santandreu knew about my medical history, was extremely friendly, made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns.
