Dr. Katherine G. Koniares is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist who is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. With an extensive educational background and a commitment to advancing fertility care, Dr. Koniares brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to her practice.
She completed her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship at UConn Health, where she also earned a Master’s in Clinical and Translational Research. She served as a Resident Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center after earning her Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. Her educational journey also includes graduate coursework at Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College, supplemented by a study period at King’s College Medical School in London.
Dr. Koniares has received numerous accolades for her contributions to reproductive medicine. She was awarded the Prize Oral Presentation by the New England Fertility Society in 2024 and the Association of Reproductive Managers Prize Paper by ASRM in 2022.
