Jenna was wonderful. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable and reassured.
The procedure day went very smoothly. The surgical nurses were amazing. The only thing that would have been improved would be that I was not aware that propofol would burn/hurt as it went in so I would have appreciated a warning about that.
We were always able to address important questions and next steps for the point we were in treatment.
