Very good service from nurses and doctors and all technicians! Prompt (which you rarely see at the doctors, and even when I arrived late due to traffic) and clear.

Dr. Koniares considered my individual case very carefully and was always willing to explore protocol changes or further testing. She has been compassionate and reaches out directly via phone when there is good news, difficult news, and/or symptoms that need checking in on. Of course, she is also an extremely knowledgeable and skilled RE. It was always apparent that she had reviewed my record thoroughly before any appointment or procedure.

She didn’t rush me and explained all my questions. In terms of the actual procedure it was essentially painless which I give credit to the fact that they prepared me well with pain meds beforehand

After having a less than stellar experience at another clinic, I'm so grateful for this doctor. She made me feel seen and heard, and she helped us successfully do implantation with our surrogate!

My visit was great from start to finish. I was greeted by the front desk, the office is immaculate with a very comfortable waiting room, and my visit was perfect.

I always felt that I was considered as a whole person rather than just another patient. Everyone has been incredibly professional, kind, hopeful for us during our journey.
