Dr. Bagwell is amazing! She listens and I don't feel rushed. Very thorough and thoughtful and compassionate!! 1 star deficit due to lack of onsite phlebotomy.
From the moment I entered the office I felt valued.Treated respected.I knew I was in good hands.Well taken care of.
Dr. Bagwell was fine. She was friendly, thorough and answered the few questions I had but I waited 40 minutes to see her. Apparently she had an emergency that morning which is certainly understandable that emergencies happen and are out of her control. However, I was surprised she did not start the conversation with 'I apologize you had to wait so long this morning, I had an emergency come up this morning' or something similar. Hopefully my next appointment is not a long wait.
Dr. Bagwell was extremely positive throughout the whole process. All the way from getting the first appointment before knowing what was wrong, all the way to the end to after surgery. She was so understanding and I will definitely go back to her.
