Very personalized conversation.
I really like Dr. Loeffel; her bedside manner and her touch are the best! Her staff is very competent. The only reason I gave a 4 rating is that I waited over an hour to see the doctor, not including my 20 minute early arrival. It would be nice to hear from the staff when I checked in that the doctor is running late. Then, if I had needed to make phone calls or take care of business I could have done so confidently, without fear of missing the call for me to come back.
Dr. Gonima is aMia le and professional. He explains everything clearly, and gives you options, as well as knowledgeable explanations of each subject at hand. You can also feel that he genuinely cares for his patients and I commend him for his warm-hearted attention he gives his clients during the scheduled visit.

Took me in quickly and was seen by Dr Ellis, soon thereafter. She also took time to speak with me in regards of my concerns. She is very attentive and does not rush out immediately she is done.
My doctor always helps me well. She makes the checkup process as easy as she can. She answers all my questions and makes sure she's on it when it comes to my history. I'm never scared when I go in and she always takes care of me, easing my anxieties about things I don't understand.
