Madeline Giancola, DNP, FNP-C

Madeline (Maddie) Giancola, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at CCRM Fertility of Arizona with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, graduating with honors, before advancing her education at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, where she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on women’s health and care across the lifespan.

With a background in Labor & Delivery, Maddie brings invaluable clinical expertise to the field of fertility care. As a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP), she strives to offer evidence-based, high-quality, and holistic care to every patient she serves.

Maddie collaborates closely with all four physicians at CCRM Fertility of Arizona, enhancing the team’s ability to provide timely, comprehensive, and personalized healthcare. Her role as an APP is pivotal in ensuring faster access to quality care and a seamless patient experience.

Outside of her professional life, Maddie enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and exploring new dining experiences in the Scottsdale and Phoenix Metropolitan areas.
