I needed a quick appointment due to other medical issues and this team got me in right away. Dr. Lipskind was great as well. Very informative, professional and addressed all of my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left the appointment understanding my plan and next steps. The layout of the virtual appointment felt very comfortable and user friendly. The waiting room allowed us to see that our provider was online and allowed us to check our technology. It didn't feel like a normal GoogleMeet or other platform and it felt very professional. The features were easy to use, voice and video quality were great, link sign in was easy to use as well.
Dr. Reshef has been nothing short of amazing. He is kind, explains things thoroughly, takes time to answer questions, and can relax your nerves through an anxious process.
