I came in with several concerns and instead of rushing through them, Dr. Arwani took the time to go over each one step by step. Clear, calm, and genuinely attentive. Her bedside manner is what stood out the most — warm, consistent, and actually human. You can tell she cares about the person, not just the appointment.
She listened to everything I had to say and was careful in her response and opinion of the diagnosis. She was sympathic on not doing a pelvic exam as is wasn't needed and would be painful due to the UTI.
